ST PAUL - Last weekend, the University of Wisconsin clinched a share of the Big Ten title on senior night at the Kohl Center.

Thursday, the sixth-ranked Badgers claimed it outright with a 76-63 win over Minnesota at Williams Arena.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Rushford-Peterson High School’s boys basketball team is headed back to its second home – the state tournament.

For the fourth season in a row and fifth time in six seasons, R-P is headed to the Class A state tourney after a 57-46 win over Goodhue at the Mayo Civic Center.

The deadline is fast approaching for the Packers to do something with Cobb.

It appears, however, that the five-year veteran, who finished fourth in the league in touchdown receptions (12) – one behind teammate Jordy Nelson – and 11th in the league in receiving yards (1,287), will hit the open market in free agency.

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland fans stormed the court. That’s the kind of win it was over the fifth-ranked University of Wisconsin men’s basketball team on Tuesday.

The Badgers overcame their biggest deficit of the season (11 at half) only to come up short on the road, 59-53.

Onalaska's Thomas scores career high for ISU

From there, Koenig went to play at Wisconsin, working his way into a prominent role. The sophomore just put up a career high 17 points Saturday.

MADISON - For the third time in six games, Bronson Koenig scored a career high.

The La Crosse, Wis., native had 17 points, going 3-for-6 from beyond the arc, in leading the University of Wisconsin men's basketball team to a 63-53 win over rival Minnesota at the Kohl Center.
